Thanked: 734A nicer version of roast beef with peas and carrots. Tenderloin cooked sous vide with Madeira sauce, potatoes cooked in duck fat and garlic, snow peas and tourne of carrots. And a bottle of Cheval Blanc to wash it down.

Wow, Jaime, that looks just like the recipe in Wednesday's Cheap Thrills Cuisine. I made it too (used half again as much bacon ) and agree, it is a killer recipe! Here's the recipe link:
