Tried my hand at making fresh ricotta Gnocchi with homemade vodka cream sauce last night, it turned out ok, not sure I'll try again though...

They weren't heavy, actually they were quite light, but the consistency was still slightly off, and they turned out a little bland. The main reason I might not try again is because it was very labor intensive for the end result. I'll probably try making traditional pasta next.
