    Punsch

Punsch seems to be somewhat traditional goodie here on the southwest coast although of what i know it's almost unknown in the northern/eastern parts of the country.

cut squash in 1/2 long way..scoop out seeds. Brown the ground turkey, mushrooms, onion in a pan. When done browning....put meat into cavity of squash ,then pour a 12-14 oz can of diced tomatoes ontop , cover with your choice of cheese ...place on cookie sheet or pan ...and into a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. ENJOY...quick and easy..and quite tasty....oh yeah...eat it right out of its own natural bowl !!
