    Weekend BBQ for next weeks lunches, both cooked on the BGE with a touch of apple wood. Spinach/mushroom pork tenderloin roulade, pepper crusted eye of round. Made a side of garlic mashed potato's and stewed sauerkraut - and I wonder why I can't lose any weight, lol!

    My measure of a spice blend is how well it does on a burger or a roast chicken!

    I make my own blends heh heh. That way it's got the love and you know what's in it and how fresh and good it is.
