Fried some beef and whatever leftover we had: batatos, paprika, peas, nettles, bacon, carrots, onion and whatever.
Had them with french fries and fres veggies & feta cheese.

    Right, Friday night dinner.
My wife is at work, so it is just my kids and I this evening.
My son was the one who got his wish for tonight's meal.
    Hot-dogs!
Unlike most other parts of the world, we tend to use "lomper" instead of bread to hold our dogs.
They are made of potato flour, and resembles soft tortilla-wraps.
Mustard, Ketchup and minced onions on top, with a homemade potato-salad on the side.
    Good times!

And I got to break in my new Cast-iron skillet.
I bought this one yesterday, I have been wanting a proper Le Creuset pan for ages.

Man, I have taken hot dogs to a new level in an iron skillet. Ball Park Angus dogs rolled in bacon grease. Buns hanging around the edge of the skillet. Wolf brand hot dog sauce, Mustard, diced onions, tomatoes and grated cheese! Lay's potato chips! Yummmmmmmm!!

That's a good looking paella and enormous compared to the one I usually make for 2 people.
Friday is super-fresh-fish-day here, so I got two trouts and baked them for dinner - just some lemon, olive oil, thyme and rosemary in their bellies always comes out great.
I took off the heads and tails and boiled them for broth, so paella night is coming very soon. For memorial day they've brought in fresh lobsters and have them on sale, so I may add that too for a more decadent one.
