Thanked: 2027Baby pork back ribs,Extra thick,marinted overnight in Hoisin sauce, brushed the last 30 mins (done in the oven) with a sauce made of brown sugar, honey,Garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger,salt, pepper,homemade coleslaw on the side.

Thanked: 522I see some roast beef fans here. I do my roasts in a pressure cooker 40 minutes w/20 ounces of liquid. You don't need a knife. It falls apart.
Liquid is usually beef broth and French onion soup. Great flavor.......JERRY
