    Tonights Dinner De Jour.
    Chicken Cacciatora, far to many ingreadiants to list,Cheap white wine,(trader Joes 2 buc chuck) Home made sourdough garlic bread.

    Ok, not technically tonight's dinner, but I reckon the picture's still worth a look. Reindeer with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and red wine gravy.

    My wife and I just ground about 75 pounds of venison. Guess what I am having for dinner?

    Baby pork back ribs,Extra thick,marinted overnight in Hoisin sauce, brushed the last 30 mins (done in the oven) with a sauce made of brown sugar, honey,Garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger,salt, pepper,homemade coleslaw on the side.

    I see some roast beef fans here. I do my roasts in a pressure cooker 40 minutes w/20 ounces of liquid. You don't need a knife. It falls apart.

    Liquid is usually beef broth and French onion soup. Great flavor.......
