Friday is super-fresh-fish-day here, so I got two trouts and baked them for dinner - just some lemon, olive oil, thyme and rosemary in their bellies always comes out great.
I took off the heads and tails and boiled them for broth, so paella night is coming very soon. For memorial day they've brought in fresh lobsters and have them on sale, so I may add that too for a more decadent one.

Rosemary is damn close to...well it is one of the more perfect herbs for sure.Goes with so much really...+1

Unlike most other parts of the world, we tend to use "lomper" instead of bread to hold our dogs.
They are made of potato flour, and resembles soft tortilla-wraps.
Mustard, Ketchup and minced onions on top, with a homemade potato-salad on the side.
Good times!

And I got to break in my new Cast-iron skillet.
I bought this one yesterday, I have been wanting a proper Le Creuset pan for ages.

Seriously...I love sausage...the perfect food,....broiled,boiled,fried N fired...kielbasi,knockwurst,brats,dogs.breakfast links....

Oh yes, sausage in all kinds of different styles are great stuff!
Today a bit of ribs where in order!
A few more minutes and my teeth will sink into this with gusto

I'll call it Hobbits Mince Stew:....I love this kind of stuff. Ground Beef ,wild rice, mixed rice, steel cut oats,onions,swedes,carrots,Scarborough herbs, low n slow in the CI Dutch Oven.

Paper plate and no silverware! Cleanup was a breeze. Cheeseburgers with morels on top.

That looks really good 32.....which got me ta thinkin........Philly cheese steak,the real deal,chopped steak and onions grilled with yep...Cheeze Whiz on a.... I do believe an Italian Hoagie roll !? Aaaand Morel mushrooms........Wash that down with a Hard Cider or a Perry....That's like peasants deeelight yeh !!
