I made Minestrone soup for company this evening. There was just enough left for tomorrow's lunch.

Collard Greens Deluxe:Boiled up some Greens with smoked Pork Jowels and threw in a couple of jumbo brats and potatoes for supper .Then, had to sample the Greens to make sure they were tasty. Then, I threw in more brats and spuds for tomorrows lunch. Washed it all down with some Cider. The Pot liquor colored my Mo due to the smoked Paprika in it ! I had no bread alas......oh well....still Yummy ! Name: 001.jpg

Whole or crushed coriander ? Looks fantastic. I love BBQ meat any way presented to me but, I must say I am a bit of a dry rub type myself.

Fresh from the garden, whole, that dressing is too easy and delish.
