Ripasso is humm, actually a little inaccurate. It ia production method rather than an area, but it is much used in the valpolicella region in italy. Italian red wine, in other words For a more accurate description, check out ripasso on wikipedia

I am starting to think there is a correlation between Blue cheese and straights.

cheese and gherkin relish toasties with tomato sauce. One of the sandwiches has a bit of leftover blue cheese and both have cheddar.

Yeah, a combination of a house of sicknotes and needing comfort food did it, i have spent the day trying to finish a room (cornice, skirting etc) and being sore and achy from loading up about 5 cubic metres of garden waste into the trailer, taking it to the tip and unloading it all again.

ed, I owe you a snail mail. Coming soon. Got caught up in a bunch of minor craziness and drudge work. Only highpoint of the past three weeks was my session with my noobie. I wish there were more like him. Methodical and knowing what needs to be first before you can expand knowledge level.

Two aspirin or a liter of good ale will take the aches away.

2 Ibuprofen and a long hot bath helped a bit, and i did get a back massage earlier today, it freed me up enough to be sore. I might have to go again before Friday, i get a discount with my bupa membership, and i need to use it up before the end of the month.
