I have been under the weather the last couple of days. Last night my daughter made me Tomato soup and grilled cheese. Hmmmm. She used a smoked cheese!

This year for presents my immediate family drew names and with a 20 USD limit we had to get a gift of food. One of the things included in her package was some Wasabi Kim. Sheets of Korean seaweed. It was a pretty good garnish layed on the leftover tomato soup. No pictures because the camera is over at the family gathering that they won't let me attend because I am sick.

Oh well for desert I will have some Blue Cheese stuffed olives that were also included!

There we go Blue Cheese mentioned again!

Tonights dinner was all seafood. My family likes to do seafood for Christmas Eve. There was some sushi and some seafood salad that had shrimp, scallops, squid, fish and clams with some veggies. Shrimp stuffed with crab and some legumes aux petits coquilles or veggie soup with shellfish. The soup to me was the star of the night. Regretfully there are no pictures to tell the story.
