Yeah it's Christmas time. I'm curing salmon to smoke on Monday and baked a Pain D'Epices (gingerbread of sorts).
And my wife gave me my Christmas gifts early, a new Anova Sous Vide water circulator, a Searzall, and a new book. WOW!

Dinner time. Salmon with blue cheese and mashed potatoes. Rye bread and elder flower juice.
