Dangnabit Sailor, I looked at that photo, got on the scales and I gained a pound because of it.

    Yummy to the max!

Dinner was so good that nobody cared to take pictures
Ribeye steak with gorgonzola and various side dishes: romaine with lemon dressing, mushrooms with butter and white wine, butter roasted carrots, snow and sugar peas sauteed with garlic, brussels sprouts with bacon, garlic, sour cherries pecans and balsamic vinegar, all went down with 11 year old brunello.

For desert lemon & sour cherries scones with jam and icecream and I took picture when they got out of the oven:

Fresh caught Rainbow Trout, corn, and coleslaw. Trout season opened this last weekend and my boy had to cook me some so he can go catch some more. They had a couple of fish on a stringer in front of their camp in the river to bring home and someone came by and took stringer and all. A good excuse to go and fish a little more but some peoples children.

    Onions
    1/2 pork chop
    pepperoni
    ham
    mushrooms
my homemade salt less imitation Lowry's seasoning

Fry this for a while then mix and add.

    10 eggs
    a little milk
    Thai chili paste

After stirring and cooking on low add

    Swiss cheese
    aged Cheddar cheese

Then make some toast for a sandwich!

Looks like half this mess made it to the top of the stove.

I don't know. These were bought at the store. I heard that it was expected to be a huge crop this year but I don't know how they predict that.
