    Tom, in the days gone by I could have eaten at least Twice that maybe even Three Times as much, but as the years have gone by so has how much I can consume.

    There's nothing wrong with me I just can't stuff it down like I used to. Oh well, I guess it helps me 'Try' to keep a 'Manly Figure'.

    Nice. What plans do you have for the fowl? I want to try duck prosciutto and a smoked duck ham this fall.

    Quick Question--What does duck cost per pound in your area there in Chicago? We rarely see duck in our markets and it's ALWAYS FROZEN and it's PRICEY!
