Another venison and noodle hot dish.
What made it interesting is the ground so called Wasabi almonds on the top.
Really just Horseradish!

Me too Mike. It’s awesome to enjoy one at home when you can.
I love having a meat slicer, not high dollar, but sure helps when making a sammich like this.Look sharp and smell nice for the ladies.~~~Benz

Thanked: 556I grew up in a corner grocery store, the kind that are pretty rare these days outside of small towns. Dad had a commercial deli meat slicer that scared the heck out of me. I have never seen such a large, sharp cutting blade. It was a heavy white porcelain on steel beast with a 12-inch stainless steel blade that seemed much larger at the time.
The machine had a hone built into it so that all you had to do to sharpen the blade was turn the thing on and press two spring-loaded buttons to force the hone onto both sides of the blade at the same time.
I still get an awful feeling in the pit of my stomach when I hear one those things spin up.David

Just some Turkey Soup with pop-n-fresh biscuits for 'dumplings' and baked.
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.
