IS there another way? My wife and her family have done this for YEARS. It is like the turkey's skin has been converted to bacon. HEAVEN

When I attended the Orange County Fair in California this summer there was bacon wrapped EVERYTHING including Turkey Legs. If the damn things weren't so expensive I would have tried one. A frigging beer was $10!
