    Homemade Braciole
    Beef Ribs
    Italian Sausage
    Pork Chops
    Shan's Special Meatballs
    San Marzano Tomatoes to make the Sauce

    About 4 more hours Mmmmmmmm gonna be so good over Rigatoni
    Thinking Meatball and Grinder Sammies for the next few days too

    Mom used to make something very similar when we were kids

    The leftover Spaghetti was placed on the plate and covered with Parmesan cheese
    The butter was browned
    Then the sizzling butter was spooned over the cheese and pasta

    So good the next day
