Well it's nuting fancy but last nights supper was slow smoke cooked beef ribs and homemade potato salad. I was going to steam some asparagus but ran out of energy.
Yes it was good--but I couldn't finish my seconds on the spuds.
And a couple of hours later some homemade ice cream with just a bit of Hersey's Chocolate Syrup.
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Pork schnitzel with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and smoked veggies.
