Basically it is mashed potatoes and Cabbage or Kale.
Then you change/vary it with onions,bacon or whatever you have on hand or like.

Mild evening so I could do them at minimum on the Weber.
Used the last of my hickory chips on this cook.
Turned out pretty tasty with a nice smoke ring.
Used a Cajun dry rub before mopping and wrapping so they had a nice kick to em as well.
