Just trussed and waiting for the oven to pre-heat, is Thomas Keller's Roast Chicken. I haven't made this for a while but eating chicken, while watching the Broncos vs. 49ers tonight on the coolest day we've had in months, seems like the thing to do. I'll post another when it's done.
