    Made this actually a week ago but the pictures wouldn't upload. This was my second making bbq'd chicken and first time doing ribs.

    Fiddleheads are mostly a New England thing...but other northern states have a little. The Fiddlehead season is short ...3 weeks tops....then they sprout into a fern. They are delicious and tasting like spinich/asparagus and a very smooth texture on the tongue....just some butter,salt ,pepper,and I like a little Apple cider vinegar on mine.

    Here's what a pound looks like @ 6.99 per lb.....I just can't find a patch of them...yet !!! But when I do...
