S&B Japanese Curry: I don't usually go for food from a box but.......This stuff is like crack. It's a pre-made curry roux and you add your own meat and veg choice. I use lentils and sweet potato for mine with Pork and I like the extra hot curry. If you have an Asian Market nearby and don't know about this stuff,I highly recommend it,I keep at least 3 boxes at all times on my shelf...soooooo good !

Looks good but reminds me of a cake mix etc. All that you have to add is your own eggs, milk, butter, etc.

    What is left but flour?

[Please don't hold me to an exact cake recipe but you get the idea.]

Well my out of town company had to cancel due to some 'personal health issuses' so their loss is my gain as there are plenty of leftovers.

Supper was:Thai Peanut Noodles, Thai Red Curry Chicken in Coconut Sauce and Stir Fried Asparagus.

Nice pan, I always use cast iron for toasting nuts and seeds. Looks delicious!
