Thanked: 1160S&B Japanese Curry: I don't usually go for food from a box but.......This stuff is like crack. It's a pre-made curry roux and you add your own meat and veg choice. I use lentils and sweet potato for mine with Pork and I like the extra hot curry. If you have an Asian Market nearby and don't know about this stuff,I highly recommend it,I keep at least 3 boxes at all times on my shelf...soooooo good !

Well my out of town company had to cancel due to some 'personal health issuses' so their loss is my gain as there are plenty of leftovers.
Supper was:Thai Peanut Noodles, Thai Red Curry Chicken in Coconut Sauce and Stir Fried Asparagus.
Dessert was Coconut Almond Cheesecake.
I hand toasted the peanuts and sesame seeds;
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Nice pan, I always use cast iron for toasting nuts and seeds. Looks delicious!
