    Be sure you use PLAIN GREEK YOGURT, the regular isn't the same. With the taco sauce you really can't tell the difference. Normally I use sour cream but had the Greek yogurt in the frig.

    Roy you are a very accomplished cook love the look of your French Apple pie, and being a bit of a pastry lover myself and critic it's lovely to see a well cooked base, I would eat that with a serving of hot custard.

    Well I'm trying a recipe that appears to be quite popular in the Southern States here in the USA. A 7Up Pound Cake.
    For a little humor about them check this out:

    Anyway I don't have a fancy 'Bundt Cake Pan' so I used what I had available. It wasn't big enough to hold the entire recipe so I cut the recipe in half.

    Here's some pics;

    I turned the cake out but it didn't look anything like the pictures from the recipe I'd used! So instead of keeping it inverted I decided to use the top which was nicely browned and I applied the powdered sugar 7Up glaze on top.

    Anyway I've taken it go my oldest daughter's for an evaluation. It's always good to have someone else taste your baking.

    I'll let you know what her and the family thinks.
