Splurged and picked up a Top Sirloin steak seasoned with a seasoned mixture that I make and fried in some extra virgin olive oil to medium rare along with some fresh green beans in chicken stock with some onion and marjoram and made a potato cake out of some left over mashed potatoes, egg, flour and some of the seasoning and topped it with a little butter.
Nut'n fancy but good eats
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.
