I'm' pulling a double today so I premade Thanksgiving dinner to bring in,

Roast Chicken breast with herbs and bacon and sausages followed with roasted swedes and gravy. I did a baked dressing of multigrain bread ,bacon, red onions and spinach and instead of cranberries I made a relish of Red pear,Fuji apple, navel orange with the zest and pumpkin pie spices which is now going to be a tradition in my house because it turned out so well.
    Happy Thanksgiving all .

A late night dinner, last night. I'd fell asleep earlier, but I was really looking forward to it. Served at 11:00 PM

They were seasoned with pepper and kosher salt then browned well on all sides and are lightly simmering in beef broth with some carrots, onion, a bit of garlic and a couple of bay leaves.

I'll strain the cooking liquid, reserve the carrots then thicken the sauce and serve it on some noodles.

Now to remember to take the plated pics---
