Smoke cooked? I always find it interesting how much smoked poultry dark meat comes out tasting so similar to ham. Originally Posted by spazola

it's gumboesque and DB2 friendly(No Roux) but mostly it's good.just on the fly ground beef, shrimp ,bell peppers,beef stock ,onions and believe it or not a handful of whole oat groats(acts and tastes like brown rice actually,Cajun spice(homemade)and a little coconut oil for a Caribbean touch. Getting through the pandemic one plate at a time.
