Loving my Carbon steel wok. Cooked up some cheddar brats in it and then stir fried up some peas,okra,green beans,and pearl onions in butter and Chinese Orange sauce. Veggies are no longer boring in my house.

I came home from a run and dinner was ready: Indian-style chicken over rice with Naan bread. I'm getting over a cold so I had seconds. Spices burn off sickness, right?

There seems to be two layers here. Is that the lighting? is that two layers of flavoring? did some stick higher in the pan and just cook a different color? There is a star pattern in the top that shows lighter. Originally Posted by OCDshaver
