I didn't think that they did, I actually lightly simmered the ramps in the butter to get their flavor into the butter then I added the morels and sauteed them until all was done to my taste.

Not Dinner but this is what I had for breakfast this morning..
Spinach, noodles, toast, hummus.. Spicy hot turnip thing pieces (the red stuff)
Makes a change from cereal..

This was tonights starter. Were supposed to be having duck after but the kids have been causing havoc so we're having takeaway.
Oh and my daughters dinner. It was her that convinced us to get the langoustines.
