Tonights. A little more diet friendly.

Balsamic and garlic chicken on riggatoni in a sundried tomato and basil sauce.

    Default Dinner for two

I love my spring camping trip. My boys have gotten older [ Busy with work and familes.] and so have others [ My freinds dad is somewhere around 80 and doesn't wan't to sleep on the ground anymore...] so it was only two of us this year. My great friend brings his fryer and loves to cook. I get enough deep fried fish etc. to last me another year.

Onion rings and fish for two.

Well, as they say, it's not just for breakfast anymore. Add a slice of smoked salmon and its lunch. But today it was breakfast.

I decided to batter fry them. Normally after cleaning them I'd let them sit in the frost free frig overnight or so to dry out a bit but I wanted them NOW!

Sorry but I'd already eaten the morel when I came to my senses and took a quick pic.

Roy, those are a "False Morel" or "Elephant Ear" here. But they are relly not considered an edible. Their chemical breakdown is the same compounds as jet fuel.
Eating a few will not harm you. But my advise is to not eat them
