Too busy eating dinner to take a photo. Try to picture 2 thick beef tenderloin steaks about 1/3 kg each seasoned with some salt and pepper, seared in a cast iron skillet and cooked to be pink going to red in the centre. Served with mash potatoes seasoned with Wasabi and crisp air fried green asparagus lightly salted. The steak was melt in your mouth tasty. Well worth the $47.00 CAD. We stopped going out to restaurants at the start of the pandemic so easily affordable as a weekly treat.

Spring in North Idaho - Rain, Snow, who knows what it is doing out there
This Red Beans and Rice recipe has been worked out finally to fill the Lodge Dutch Oven perfectly, time to add it to the Family cookbook ..
I have been adjusting our recipes to fill that 5.5 Qt pot, that gives Shan and I basically dinner, second dinner, and a last day of lunch ..
We are having friends over tonight, even Lil Remi has a friend coming
they also have a Shiba Inu and Miso and Remi have been besties for about 3 years now.. LOL
Going to make some Buttermilk Cornbread later today also
