Trying to shed some Lockdown weight, so I've been on a "Salad For Dinner" diet for a few months.
Tonight;
Green leaf lettuce, roasted peppers, chopped onion bits, cucumber, quiona sprinkles, tomatoes, oven baked Buffalo chicken strips, sliced peaches, Panera Bread Fuji Apple dressing.

This is Amazing !!
Watermelon
Cukes
Feta cheese
Chopped mint leaves
The drizzle is…
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
Shot of lime juice
Some salt & Pepper.
Mix well together.
Taste drizzle and adjust to you liking.
