Thanked: 48amazon sells it but make sure you get liquid lanolin not the hard solid pure lanolin. If you get the hard lanolin though you can liquify it by mixing with 50% hot water and a drop of soap.

Thanked: 48you mean a new attachment to the house
lanolin has an unexpected quality for me that it is very ear waxy in a very water repellant way. It doesn't really mix well and puts that wool smell into everything it touches. Seems you need to be a chemist to formulate anything useful with it.Last edited by groovyd; 11-14-2011 at 04:14 PM.

Im going to have to give this another shot . Initially I found it to make my lather sticky . Perhaps I need to use less.

Giving it a try:
$6 from a local pharmacy. I've not been unsatisfied with the lather I'm getting but what the heck, let's see what happens when I add a few drops. Will report back.

Next time only use about 3 drops and add some more water. The glycerin means it can hold more water and in addition to the extra conditioning of the glycerin that thicker lather will give you more cushion and more water will give more glide.
Too stiff and it will give cushion but drastically reduce glide.
