    I have made small experiment concerning edge use.
    Took Wostenholm catalogue (pic 1) where razors full-scale and have put the razor (pic 2).
    Conclusion: practically one in one, means its width indeed - 5/8.

    I could only find a reference stating that "it was purchased many years ago from the previous owners by Mr. Wostenholm."

    One more excellent Wostenholm.
    In 1917 it costed $23 per dozen! =))
