+1... Alex has the nicest collection of Worstenholm's that I've seen to date!!

In a previous thread I mentioned my lovely wife found a Wostenholm while antiquing. Bless her heart she had no idea what she was purchasing, it was black and that was enough for her.

It had some rusting on the blade, spine and tang but not too much.



I sent it to Ken at RupRazor and he worked his magic. From the time I sent it to him, til the time it was received it took less than a week!! Though the picture quality leaves MUCH to be desired for, it looks practically new. Unfortunately, the gold wash had to be removed during the restoration. Now I just need to wait another day so I can take it for a test drive.




I checked the Razor Database and couldn't find one similar. Should I try to take better pictures and add it to the db?

And one more beautiful Wostenholm.

It's not razor, but interesting desk knife made by Wostenholm.

I have had the ivory colored one for a while. I saw the black one on eBay and had to bring these two together. I hadn't seen the black scaled, round tipped version. I think it is a good match. The black spot on the round tip's edge honed off easily.

I found this bueatiful medium hollow at a local antique joint earlier this week. The scales were cracked so I took this celuloid set I had lying around. Fits great and looks even better. I like the satin look, but am debating taking my micromeshes to it.

here is one i will be sending out to get touched up and honed by Gunner777 and i am very excited to see how well it will do.

We need some of these added to the Wiki.

i am anxiously awaiting my own pipe i won off ebay (should be in any day now) i have a few days off work and dont know yet for sure what im going to do with it, it needs knew handles and will be my biggest restore job yet
im very excited ill be sure and post some pics when i get it done
