    I want to put it on a T-Shirt, someone else has already done this on the interwebz but the have mistakenly put J R Cadman as the manufacturer rather than T R Cadman.

    And Let's be honest... That's just not good enough lol.

    So if anyone has a nice clean logo I can use or can some how turn this image into a purely B/W and very clear image to use I would be super appreciative and would have a shirt made up for you and sent to you at no expense to you!!

    Not sure I am only judging by the way it is fully hand ground to about 1/2 to 3/4 hollow ground
    and completely different in style to the usual full hollow stamped items with the patterns on the tangs
    let alone the Spanish point

    So I have to ask, how does one work out a rough age of a Bengall? I've noticed there are some that have the word 'Bengall' beside a floral type logo, and then there are others that just have the plain word with no other image, other than the makers name on the other side.

    I've read here about the post 1891 identification, due to inclusion of the word 'England' - but that seems to be all I can find. How do we figure out a rough age?

    Picked up a "Bengall" today... a "Full Hollow Bengall" made by D. Peres in Solingen... It was printed in the blade with gold leaf or something else (not etched) and still slightly visible but it won't be once I clean it up...

    It was sitting in my grandparents' shed.

    I wonder how he got away with that?? Anyway... It perked my interest, I thought it may have been made on behalf of D Peres as Bengall has done with others but nope, D Peres also did pocket knives I've since found out and also found another razor of his... Very interesting name Peres for a German cutler.
