That's the one. You're toast. You'll be ruined forever! yes, you'll fuss w/ the edge. You'll forget all about the fussing while basking in nirvanic bliss after a shave.

Actually it honed up fairly easy. Used it last night and whoa, it's one great razor. It took an edge second to none.

    They are good razors!
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain

    PF'd,
'Not stupid at all. From the description on shavingshop, I got the impression it was an asymetric grind, like the kamisori or microtome. Petrakos kindly corrected my mistaken impression. Apparently its a heavy grind - near wedge at the top, and abruptly gets very hollow near the bevel. How that will work over time (repeated honings), I don't know. Petrakos knows his Wackers, and I can't wait to hear about the shave. Myself - am a fan of the heavy grind wackers. They changed my world - shaving-wise. I still love each one. The Mrs. always gets a big grin when I emerge from the shave w/ a big smile and say: 'Wacker love. Its a beautiful thing!'
