These are photos of my first straight razor made by Mastro Livi. A 6/8 stainless steel RWL34 round point and giraffe bone handle. Its sweetness and depth 'of shaving me so' impressed that since then they have become my master Livi 7 + 1 on the way.

These however are two 8/8 spanish point and barber noch point. The first ever steel RWL34 blond and bone handle and the second made with stainless steel and the handle Damask damasteel burl bukeye. I thought that steel was the maximum RWL34 and instead the master surprises with new wonders!

This razor has been designed by the master with steel sanmai forged by another great Italian artisan Camillo Sivano. Mastro Livi and Camillo Silvano are great friends and we estimate each other a lot. In this picture I am with them Mastro Livi and handed me the razor made by him and wanted to take a picture together. Camillo Silvano manufactures knives and katanas wonderful, has created works in churches and palaces, but he never made a razor. I was an entire afternoon talking to them and admire their masterpieces.

And here is the last taken in the shop of the Master in Perugia. They are both special perchée the blade 7/8 spanish point and handle in a brand new red briar bukeye is the first copy made of the new stainless steel designed by the great builder. On the back is the word "prototype" which means just the first example. The other is a masterpiece that I will devote a separate chapter. It 'an impressive 9/8 French tip damascus steel twisted. With the same billet steel master then made that beautiful keychain that was given to me upon delivery of the razor. If you want to tell you 'this story from the beginning to the end. The grinding of this razor is literally full hollow. Amazing, simply amazing!

Beautiful razors! The keychain is absolutely something to be proud of! It was nice of you to mention and post the picture of Camillo Silvano and Mastro Livi together. They certainly are among the highest protagonists in Italy in their respective arts. Camillo Silvano knives and swords are magnificent masterpieces and his Damascus steel is among the very best! My deepest appreciation for these two remarkable and talented artisans!

New Mastro Livi Club Request
Hi guys New member to SRP and also I request access to the mastro livi club.
You all have some lovely razors and I've drawled over them for many an evening. I'm 28 today and been shaving with a straight now for around a year and a half.
Anyway I couldn't resist the urge anymore and as a birthday present got in contact with the great mastro livi and ordered my self a custom to my own specification.
Firstly what a lovely lovely man and family, secondly what an artist. My livi is my favourite razor and defiantly the one I pick up to shave with. My crown Silverwing hasn't touched my face since the livi arrived in the post !! In fact I was so happy with it ive ordered another one lol. Anyway here are the pictures of my current livi.
