My first ever Dovo, a Fritz Bracht arrived today. First shave with it will be in the morning.

I have used a few. I don't really like how thick the scales are (personal preference), but have found them to be great shavers otherwise.

I've used a couple as well and I agree with Dylan about the scales, they are a bit chunky for my taste. Other than that they're fine shavers.

I am learning on that very same razor. I really want to sharpen up some other styles I have to compare them.

My daily shaved for two years was a Dovo Best Quality 5/8, but what puzzles me is that the BQ is the base-model, and mine has some very nice work to the spine. It was part of a set from Col. Conk that I managed to free. That beauty has given me wonderful shaves every time. I wouldn't mind a bismark in my future, either.

Let's hear it from any Dovo fans.
I have two Dovo Best Qualities, a 5/8 and a 6/8. The 5/8 is what I use for pretty much everyday shaving and I use the 6/8 for shaving after a day or two off from shaving or if my beard comes back heavier than usual. I love both razors.

I currently have two Dovos, a "Master's" and a "Flowing", (SOTD Pics) both well made and nice shaves. Just a shame that they no longer stamp the Tangs, preferring instead to etch them. I've also just ordered a 6/8" Pearlex.
