2858 would be the razor number. The circle is the brand mark "Maru San". Next to it is the name Iwasaki.
No idea on the second picture.The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

The last kanji means "steel" . Not sure on the first and kanji.

I take back the meaning of the second kanji, it is not Blue , I can't find what it means.
