Sunday midday shave
Prep: Hot shower
Brush: The Bill, w Paua Abalone base and Simpson knot
Razor Ari-Ya
Cream: Fitjar, Neroli
AS: Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Very, very clean
Woo hoo, I finally got the Fitjar right - dryer brush + loaded direct from the jar. Thank you Konstantinos! This blade is huge (wide, long and heavy Tungsteen) but I love it and it feels like a very easy blade to shave with, but it´s not and I got a nick on the middle of the cheek . Have a great week All and fantastic SOTD:s the last one!

That stunning whisker chopper is a beautiful debut for the week...
No, not nothing...A Wosti is a worthy replacement.
A great shave indeed, with a great blade!
Mama Bear's, Moreton & Langley, CM Number Six, and Beethoven--a Heavenly combination...
Nice...Real nice. I'll have to break out my Bengall this week for a nice shave too."Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." Mark Twain

Thanked: 1185I seem to have survived my move although I'm hard pressed to point to a body part that doesn't hurt this morning. The Shave Cave is a long way from being in proper order but I salvaged a decent Sunday Dome and Face Shave.

Razor: 1910 Gem Lather Catcher

Razor - the " Warrented"
Soap - GFT Limes
Brush - Semogue Boar
Ast- Alum
EDT - Etat Libre d'Orange - Vierges et Toreros
Good morning, went with the 200yr old today scales courtesy of Glen six-gun. That’s a vintage blue Thuri / Escher-esque case with leather strop bottom. Not a razor for beginners.

Well, probably last post for a few hours. In a couple of short hours, we're off to Vegas baby. No shave today (maybe tomorrow).
Hehehehehe.....It's like "Invasion of the Razor Snatchers", LOOOL. If, instead of Israel, you came to CA, we could have gone and invade Las Vegas together, LOL. I promise I will leave a couple of bread crumbs for you.
Have a safe trip buddy.
Béla,
I really love that Barber's box. It's truly gorgeous. The razor matches her too. Well done
Otto,
Stunning M&L. I love the spine work. Simply gorgeous
Grant,
What a fantastic shave. I bet once you touch this beauty up, she will pleasantly surprise you.
I know all his hiding places. Vivi tells me all the secrets. She & I have an understanding. She gets bribed for this info, LOOOOOOOOOL.
That is probably all true. I have to exercise self control....NOT, LOOOOL!!!!!!
Regarding the Maxeum: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas...hint: The Grand Opening will be announced soon.
Haaaaaa. No such luck mate, LOL
Looking forward to your daily reports Tom. Whatever you guys do, just be safe and have fun
She's a beauty Mikael...but then again, all your blades are. I bet she sings like it too. Sorry about the nick buddy. I am sure it will be yesterday's news in a couple of days.
BIUUU-TI-FUUUUUUl Duck Monroe. Gotta love the Ducks.
Matt,
Beautiful Henckels. The Salter Vetiver is truly and amazing creme and the scent...well, I love that particular Vetiver more than any other. Well done
PS: Thanks for the well wishes buddy.
Moves can be taxing for sure...Nothing is more relaxing after the fact than a nice clean shave (maybe followed by a cold one). Congrats on the new place.
Thanks buddy
She's a beauty Mike. I really love the "Thuri/Escher-esque" stone with that beautiful case. That's why "I want to be like Mike",
