I am still learning the art of honing so I wanted to make sure I had the bevel correct. Tonight I will complete the honing with the 12K Crox and Strop

I am sorry about the nick.

This morning took 20 passes on clean pressed felt strop and 100 on leather. I was finishing my third pass and realized, "hey I'm gonna make it without and cuts or weapers, first time ever". wham! small nick on my chin!!
Oh well still my best shave yet!!
    what a great feeling!!!!
Welcome aboard. Great feeling that fist good shave. Congrats!!

Semogue Custom Boar | Salter French Vetiver | FWE Special | Alum | Cade Balm | Annick Goutal Vetiver

Is it just me, or is the Cyril R. Salter a very under-appreciated cream? I love this stuff!

    Good morning Gents.

Shave prep: Face wash, bergamot preshave oil
    Brush: Omega boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Razor: Wade & Butcher, 5/8 spike
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
    After Shave Splash: English leather
Notes: Nice comfortable and slow saturday shave, took time to do 3 passes and is rewarded with smoothness. I gathered with the W&B and the MWF, best just bring out the english leather to go with it. It's a nice day for it
