Nice shave today. It is amazing how long a bevel will stay when set properly. I picked up this razor from SRD. It was my second razor and the first I ever used with a proper edge. I have not used it in a while so I stropped it up and put it to my face. Great edge, very comfortable shave on a nice afternoon.
Thanks for the great shave Lynn.
Nothing can prepare you for women. As I was typing this my wife came over and rubbed her cheek to mine and commented on the shave. The she said " I don't like the after shave your wearing." I then said "it is the one I bought because you liked it." She then stated "oh....I liked it last time."<---Me.
Enjoy the day.

Such a great shave I've been faceturbating all day! Can't believe how smooth my cheeks are!
The only bummer is that I noticed some rust above the "S" in Bismark on my new blade Any way to fix that without destroying the goldwash?
Razor: Bismark Red
PS: Shave Secret Oil
Creme: Taylor of Old Bond Street "Sandalwood"
Brush: Omega Pure Badger
PS: Alum Block followed by my own "Sgt. Hakeswill's" Bay Rum Aftershave

No Shave since Thursday and needed to get my Mav face on for the game!
Three Days of this thick a$$ beard was wiped clean as a baby's butt a few minutes ago. Was done in two but took a third, just cause I really like this little dude. A brand new Treet Blade with a Speick/Nivea Cream combo Uberlather had this 1914 working effortlessly!
Now off to watch the Mav's!

great shaves to everyone so far today! i'm sure there are plenty more to come throughout the week.
i decided to have a nice shave at night to relax.
Prep: hot shower + Shave Secret pre-shave oil
Brush: Art of Shaving pure badger
Uberlather: Proraso + Omega + glycerin
Razor: Dovo 'Special'
A/S: Aqua Velva Musk
Result: Excellent shave! my smoothest shave yet with one little nick right under my chin that was gone by the time i completed my shave. the uberlather felt nice with all the menthol since it's been pretty hot lately. i've been straight shaving for 3 or 4 months now, and i'm finally getting everything down pat.
