    Thankyou all for your kind comments regarding that picture of Jack and I. The SOTD brotherhood played such an important part in helping me get through last year, you guys are awesome

    Soap: Proraso (White)
    Razor: Laurel DE Sheffield, Feather blade
    Astringent: Thayer's Super Hazel
    Balm: Nivea Replenishing
    A/S: Old Spice
    Just a 2 pass head shave for me tonight. Not quite a CBS as the blade loosing it's edge but never the less a good shave and a nice shiny smooth head.

    Thanks Grant, I have a few more Razors in my collection for restoration, a Taylors 1000 witness, in super condition, a Crown and Sword, a Kropp and a very decorative German model that's about due back from Neil Millers after a full restoration, when it comes back I will post a few photo's.

    Scuttle:Dirty Bird Custom Double
    Brush:H.L. Thater 23mm Silvertip
    Strop:SRD PIV English Bridle 25/50
    Soap:MDC
    Razor: Engelswerk
    After shave: Ogallala Bayrum Sage & Cedar
    EDT: L'Occitane Vetyver


    Result:2 passes with the Engelswerk this morning is all that was needed. The MDC provided a phenomenal lather with an ultra smooth creaminess that only it can provide.

    Results: Fabulous shave! The more I use this razor the more I like it. Two passes CBS!

    AS: Musgo Real After Shave Balsam
    RESULT: excellent, BBS

    * Unfortunately I could not find a green-handled brush for my photo.
