    Razor: F.W. Engels
    Pre-shave: Noxzema
    Brush: Unknown boar
    Soap: Handmade Naturals Frankincense
    AS: Thayers Lavender
Result: The Engels is still my favorite razor. Always a close comfortable shave. As far as the soap, the more I use it, the more I like it. Gives a great, slick lather and the scent has major staying power. In fact, I just ordered a puck of the Ylang Ylang soap which should be here later this week.

Nice shaving trip. I like Trumper's violet. The purple color looks too artificial though (to me)

I don't blame you T. Engels are wonderful shavers.

PS: I still reel at the thought of losing that bid on eBay for the 8/8" Engels. Whoever ended getting that one is probably one happy camper for sure.

    Good evening Gentlemen!

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Omega boar #81052
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Razor: Wade & Butcher, 5/8 hollow, square point
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
    After Shave Splash: Vetiver blend
Notes: Lovely afternoon shave, relaxing time indeed. The W&B is nice and smooth, but not quite as sharp as I'd like it to be. No tugging, razor burn or any other discomfort, but I believe this blade hides better. I'll bring it to the hones before next shave.

    Default Thanks again Mark.

Valobra Menthol -- Omega Mix -- Valet Autostrop + Feather Blade -- Lucido AS

Mark sent me this blade and a strop for my Autostrop after our conversation when I admitted that the only reason I had not used one was my lack of a workable strop. Thankfully he remedied that for me before passing, and now I have a working SE. Thanks again buddy, rest in peace.
