Maybe so Rene, but your razors and gear more than make up for the lack of photographic skills. But then again, his thread is not about photographic contest. It's about our shaves and the brotherhood

This razor was my experimental learning tool, bough to learn honing and never really was quite as sharp as I like. My ongoing experimentation with using the Dragon Tongue hone as a finisher with oil has again yielded a brisker sharper edge.
    Nic,
Don't be discouraged buddy. Keep experimenting buddy. This razor will show you what she like and how she likes it...Just like a woman. Keep listening.

I had a great shave. During the shave I must have cut off a zit/pimple/blemish I did not know was there. Damn it bled pretty good for a while. Once it stopped it was hard to find what was bleeding.
One more day, then off for eleven. I could use some R&R.
    Jeff,
You gotta get one. JNats are great. Sorry about "whatever" it was that you cut, but at least, it disappeared. Any plans for the 11 days of vacation?

Sorry to hear, but I guess he has a specific skill in mind. That really is a shame. Managers these days no longer look into a person's potential to expand and learn and be creative...They want something specific. This, imo is what's going to kill innovation in this great nation of ours. Keep looking...I am certain your "dream" job is just around the corner

Haaaaaaa. That's too funny GI...next thing you know, he will be shaving, LOOOOL (BTW: He's a beautiful cat)

    Frank,
One can never go wrong with Salter Vetiver, both scent- and performance-wise. Well done. Great choices.

"Buster", the nosey male does the same thing!! Especially with the full hollow ground blades. The wedges apparently don't interest him.. Picky picky!

Sorry about the job, It will come when it's right for you. But like you said, it's nice to have the problem of looking for a job when you have one!!!

today I tested the Palmolive-stick. I think it was the only one test.

Gillette Tuckaway : Gillette Platinum (Malta) : Vitos : Semogue 2000 : Prada Infusion D'Homme after shave balm and Eau de Toilette

Decided to take it easy and quick today. The Semogue ran completely out of lather after the first pass, no clue why. I always find boars best suited to load from soaps, and load well, to give good lather.

The Prada balm is very good, its scent is exceptional, ideal for spring/summer, light and discreet.

I'm not in the slightest bit discouraged, I'm enjoying the journey.

I am however a little worried about the woman analogy, is it likely that my razor will start to behave in a slightly aggressive and irrational manner every few weeks!
    Regards
    Nic
