Wow, I got this baby back from Neil today and it´s one smooth operator! I found the AS yesterday in an antique shop and it smells lovely and the amber coulor is excellent + it was like skin food for a hungry face when I put it on

Beautiful gear Mikael and that AS sounds like a winner.

Notes: I recieved my new j-nat set yesterday and wanted to use this razor for testing purposes. I used it just a few days ago and still can remember what it was like before. I am quite happy. It certainly was quite a bit sharper, although not as smooth as last time. Seems I need to work it a little more on the strop. First formal day with the Creed. Very well blended scent. Fruit and the pineapple especially dry down into a very woody oakmoss, even ash-like base. Can see myself liking this one a lot.

Not my finest shave, but that has all to do with me and the after effects of being sedated. In honesty I'm still a bit tipsy... The tools performed wonderfully. This brand new Custom was a true pleasure to receive and use. Very fine craftsmanship, beautiful materials and great design. I look forward to trying this blade out when "sober"

Bjørnar, glad your healing nicely. Anesthesia always did a number on me for a few days after. I had it three times over the course of my lifetime and it always took longer for me to recover from the anesthesia. Last time, I had my gall bladder removed and I never even took an aspirin. The effects of the anesthesia lasted several days. I hope you feel better quickly.
