Thanks Robert! True, when I feel/use Neils or Shams work I´m baffled, they´re great honemeisters (I´ve had experince with several, but far from all, so sorry if I exclude someone - like that Lynn dude for example ).
Wow, what a sweet shave and gear Robert! Those 30 mm brushes are insane, does it have crazy backbone (mine has = perfect face alther brush)? The Swedish manufacturer J A Hellberg also have the number 666 (0666) on several razors, gets one to wonder ...

Friday!!
Getting ready for the weekend!
Pre-Shave:I used a steaming hot towel today. Brush: Shavemac D01 24mm 2band Razor:Joe Chandler 8/8 Custom Strop: SRD Linen strop, MickR's 'Roo-strop Soap/Cream: Taylor of Old Bond street, Lavender soap Scuttle:Schwarzweisskeramik, Large White Astringent: Thayer's medicated SuperHazel After shave Balm: Martin de Candre, Copra oil EdT: Martin de Candre, Eau de Lavande Results: I've never had anything but the very best of shaves with this razor. Today was no different The TOBS soap is not the very best out there, but it gets the job done. I'm sure the Shavemac can whip up a lather from basically anything that even slightly resembles a cake of soap. It is a gem of a brush!

Today is the last picture at home for now, we go on vacation for two weeks so from there only outdoor photos. (If I have time)
Incidentally, today was a perfect shave with a perfecta razor.
After a nice relaxing morning shower I had had enough hot wather on me, and prepared my four days beard with Proraso.
The razor slipped perfectly through my beard. A very smooth face is the end result.
Prep: Proraso and shower
Slinging: 40 cotton/60 rolfcowhide
Brush: FS Silvertip
Soap: MB, Dragon Blood
razor: G. Coenraets, Primo Perfecta 6 / 8
Aftershave: Nature

This is from last night. A mediocre A.M. shave leads to a great evening shave!
Preshave: AOS Rosemary Essential Oil Conditioner (sample)
Soap: Shave Den unknown
Brush: AOS pure badger
Razor: 5/8 Dovo Best Quality
Strop: Tony Miller latigo/linen
Balm: Shave butter
Incredible shave last night! BBS all over, including the majority of the neck! Even at the morning after, still feels good! Have a spectacular day, gentlemen!
