Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

No shave for me today. Woke and took a nice ride to Sugarloaf, NY for breakfast and whatever. The morning is clear and cool and relaxing. My favorite time of day.
Enjoy the day!!!

I think there ought to be a law that says we get a day off to recover after a 3 day weekend. I'd love to call in a vacation day but have way too much to do. Great shaves this morning though. Dome and face are CBS.

Bucephalus
Prep: Hot shower, facial scrub
Pre-shave: Glycerine
Soap: AOS Sandalwood
Brush: AOS pure badger
Razor: Boker 4/8 muted spike
Astringent: Alum Block
Balm: Shave Butter
I can't say I've really cut myself with an other razor, besides this one. When I first got it back from Utopian, I nicked and slashed my face up and down with how damn sharp this razor is. After 4 cuts, I muted the spike and that took care of the majority of the issue. Until this morning. For some strange reason, I gave myself a nice 1.5" incision going XTG on my chin...on the left side of my face. Apparently my dominant (left) hand cannot handle the left side of my face. I can't say I've ever cut my right side, ever! Well...I did nearly remove a mole, once (again, with this razor). I think I'll start calling this razor Bucephalus. Untameable. You know what, though? The rest of my face is nothing but PURE BBS.
Great shave to start off the working week. Have a good one, Gents!Last edited by DerekC; 07-05-2011 at 12:43 PM. Reason: Additional Information
