OK...2nd time's a charm I guess (no Firefox crashing yet)
Tim,
I see that you are suffering from one of the dilemmas that's plagued wetshavers for ages; "do I or don't I"? I say seize the day buddy. Go all out, everyday, and ease up when you wish (just for the fun of double enjoyment later)
If you end up in Vegas, I am sure that Max will help you spend those winnings, LOOOOOL
Thank you Tim
And very good choice they are Tom...well done maestro
Matt,
A beautiful razor such as this BB custom ought to leave you in a state of elation. Anything short would be a waste. Well done
PS: You did not mention how you liked the MdC?
Thank you for the info Mike
A fabulous choice of hardware today Béla
Konstantinos,
That's because it's a PC, LOOOOOL. Get yourself a Mac and safe yourself the hassle. Great shave btw and congrats on acquiring an open comb
Jamie,
Forget the shave buddy (which is fabulous), I am coming over...make enough for 2, LOL. Bon appétit
I love this "Shepherd" kinda shave Mikael. The whiskers must be the sheep...Congrats. She's beautiful indeed
Thanks Nic. I think it's the same ones I have. I'll have to check (if I remember where I put my blades)
Bill,
And here we were worried that you were being tortured by whatever it is they have you doing over there, LOOOOL. This doesn't look like torture to me. It's more like resort living. Love that LG btw
Wooahhh Glenn,
beautiful W&B buddy. New? Don't remember this one in your collection! beautiful piece of steel. Congrats my friend
GI,
beautiful Boker. Congrats on putting a nice/smooth edge on this baby. I see that you are suffering from teh same illness Tim is suffering from, LOOOL; Do I or don't I? But I agree with you 150%...Do whatever it is you love everyday and forget the rest.
That's just dandy Sten (pun intended, LOOOL)
Nice shave Monroe
Dunc,
Seems like you're catching up quite well buddy. Nice shave and have a great day at work
T.,
What's there not to like about this JR. Lovely from head to toe
I haven't seen the post/thread Rune, but looking forward to seeing your experience with it afterwards. I, for one, am not a big fan of extreme sharp. I like it sharp enough but smooth (not sure if it makes sense). On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the shapest), I tend to gravitate towards 8.5-ish. Smoothness I like it closer to 9.5-10.
Birnando,
Simple statement, but deep (and scary). The alternative is unthinkable.
Wowww B.,
That CL is a beauty for sure. Congrats.
PS: So, how many razors do you have in your collection? I am willing to bet that 40% of the world's razors are in your possession, LOL. Of those, probably 50% are customs.
Joe,
That's a beautiful Kamisori buddy
PS: Hope the fires didn't affect too much of your research data or home. Great to see you back on SOTD
Sorry about the rough shave Veto. But hang in there. It will get better. This razor is a fabulous find. Congrats both on finding it and going all straight without DE today. You are on the right path. Once technique is there (+ properly honed razor), then nirvana is all you will strive for.
BIUUUU-TI-FUUUUUUL King
+1 Derek...Great shot too. Love that vintage look
Excellent and coooool start to a nice day Amund.
Paul,
That's a beautiful Puma buddy.
Michael,
An 8/8 TI? Wowwww. These size vintage TIs are hard to come by. I am impressed. Beautiful score.

Robert, I had tried MDC about 2 to 3 times with the sample u so graciously gave me, and it pretty much turned me into a face latherer only, its amazing stuff, one of the best soaps I have tried( I also have La Toja, and English Fern coming soon though) there was a difference, the scent was obviously stronger to my nose, which is a great thing with this scent

Not bad for a phone, eh?
I'm not usually a fan of the "sepia" filter - I mostly feel that it's way overused, but after messing around the the brightness, contrast, saturation and general hue, it came out alot better than I expected. This droid is making me smile more each day!

I agree... MDC is an amazing shaving soap. Effortless lather, nice fragrance, great cushion and glide.
What more could a wet shaver ask for? Perhaps another 170g jar?"Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." Mark Twain
