    Razor - Russian, Stalingrad razor
    Brush - Simpson Chubby# 2
    Soap - Cella
    Pre-shave oil - Musgo Real
    AS - Musgo Real

Good morning and Happy Labor day. Patriotic theme next weekend? These are great shavers if you get a good one. This is very high quality steel in this one. Finsihed on the Black Escher-esque stone. I like it alot.

Its Father's Day in Australia, so HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all you Dads here and overseas.
I had to drive home from Sydney today after the get-together at Oz's place yesterday and so didn't get home until 3pm. The kids were waiting for me with the sweetest gifts and lots of hugs.
Being a Dad is such a beautiful thing.
After yesterdays amazing shave there was very little to shave tonight, but I love posting on a Sunday night.
Only took me 2 passes to get me back to BBS again. Another fantastic shave.

Happy Fathers Day! Enjoy your day. I see you were able to dail in your crown & sword razor. What did the trick?

    Sunday Dome and Face Shave
    Prep: Hot Water Wash
Razor: 1960 Gillette Fatboy @7 (New Personna Blade)
    Brush: VDH Boar
Soap: Arko Shavestick (in the jar)
AS: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Nivea ASB
    Finish: Manantiales de La Toja

As is my custom on Sunday, the Fatboy was supposed to be the dome razor and I had a straight stropped up and ready to be used on my face. However, the Fatboy was just rockin' with the fresh blade. So, when I finished my dome shave, in the immortal words of the late great John Lee Hooker, I decided to "Let that boy boogie woogie." And my word, it did an outstanding job.

On the bright side, you have probably done that holder a favor. That's without question the coolest razor it's ever held
