I felt OK and things went well. Lots of email to go through and stuff to take care of. Still can't wear a belt but suspenders worked just fine.

No shave for me today, I better let the face heal and take off a layer tomorrow.

Lost my job today. No work in my field available, so I'm looking at anything I can get, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.. Not fun, after first 24 years with Qwest, now 6 years with Runge's and I'm unemployed for the second time in my life. I could use some good karma for sure. I'd been feeling bad karma coming at me for the last couple of weeks, I just didn't know where or when. Guess I do now.... Bummer. I was trying to be as good a person as I could be, but bad karma finds you when it's your turn. Maybe something good will happen now.

Sometimes when things are looking bad, we can more clearly see doors of opportunity open up. You will be in my prayers.

    Mike,

Me too. I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your job. What a crappy way to begin the New Year.

Wishing you all the best in your job search.

    Mike,

I'm afraid I don't go a bundle on karma at the moment. It seems like that bad guys never get what's coming and the good guys are getting all the crap.

I wish you every success with finding a new job. As has been said that a pretty bad way to start the year so lets hope it looks up from here.
    Regards
    Nic
